Receive updates for the fourth quarter for the Strategic Priorities and Milestones of the City Council’s Strategic Vision of fiscal year 2023/24.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On May 17, 2023, the Lodi City Council adopted resolution 2023-98, approving the City’s Strategic Vision for the future and its priorities and milestones.
The City Manager is required to report no less than quarterly on the Strategic Vision Progress towards achievement of the milestones within the Strategic Vision. Quarterly updates can be found on the City of Lodi’s website at <https://www.lodi.gov/1260/City-Council-Strategic-Vision>.

There is no fiscal impact from the preparation of this report.
FUNDING AVAILABLE:
Strategic Priorities and Milestones each have many potential strategies with varying costs. The City Manager will communicate potential fiscal impact to each work plan item as it is brought forth for Council consideration in the future.
