body

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

This month aims to raise public awareness about the importance of the Lower Mokelumne River Watershed, a source for roughly one-half of Lodi’s drinking water supply. Lodi residents directly impact the health and viability of the Lower Mokelumne River Watershed through everyday activities.

By keeping our watersheds healthy, we protect our public health, water supply and quality fisheries, wildlife, agriculture, economic development and recreation activities within Lodi. A steadfast dedication to overall watershed awareness represents a worthy commitment to future Lodi generations.
