BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The City Council directed the City Clerk to post for one (1) vacancy on the San Joaquin County Commission on Aging on May 15, 2024. San Joaquin County Commission on Aging members are appointed for a term of three years. Therefore, Ms. Whitmire’s appointment will commence immediately and end on July 1, 2027.
The Mayor reviewed the applications, conducted interviews, and recommends the City Council concur with the appointment as detailed below.
