BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Government Code Section 54970 et seq. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving on a city board or commission to submit an application.
Currently, there are vacancies on the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee, Parks & Recreation Commission, and the Lodi Improvement Committee. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for vacancies until the positions are filled.
