BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Lodi Police Department received a Grand Jury report on October 16, 2024, regarding the status of various municipal and county law enforcement cold case investigations.
Staff has carefully reviewed Grand Jury Case Number 0318, and offers the attached response. Upon City Council approval, the response will be finalized and submitted to the presiding judge of San Joaquin County Superior Court.
