BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This project replaced a fixed concrete weir with a hinged aluminum weir. The purpose of the weir is to direct run off from high frequency storms through an adjacent trash capture device that removes debris and sediment before it is discharged to the Woodbridge Irrigation District (WID) Canal.
