BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Mayor Bregman and Council Member Hothi will present a proclamation proclaiming February 15, 2025 as Joshua Palmer Day in Lodi.

Joshua Palmer was a well-loved member of the Lodi community. He grew up in Lodi, attending Reese Elementary, Woodbridge Middle and Lodi High School. His passions included spending time with his sons Wesley and Dean, practicing Jiu Jitsu, riding his motorcycle, and expressing his artistic abilities through tattoos. Mr. Palmer passed away during an accident in Mexico, but his warm personality, his love of nature and sports, as well as his work, has left an impact on all those who met him.
