Appoint Scott Spencer to the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission and Post for Expiring Terms on the Measure L Citizens’ Oversight Committee

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The City Council directed the City Clerk to post for expiring terms on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission on April 5, 2025.
The Mayor reviewed the applications, conducted interviews, and recommends the City Council concur with the appointment as detailed below.
There are three expiring terms on the Measure L Citizens’ Oversight Committee. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post until the positions are filled.
Government Code Section 54970 et seq. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
