Adopt a resolution accepting Rose Gate II Subdivision, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 4144, public improvements, and adopt a resolution repealing Traffic Resolution No. 2025-050, and reenacting the complete, current, version of the traffic resolution with two-way stop control on Coronado Drive at Barcelona Lane, Barcelona Lane at La Jolla Way, and Camrose Street at La Jolla Way.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Sacramento Road and south of Lodi Avenue, as shown on Exhibit A, Unit No. 3 consists of 59 single-family, residential lots and the project includes the installation of a portion of Vine Street, all interior subdivision public improvements, and frontage and landscaping improvements surrounding the existing storm drain basin.
The Developer, Rose Gate 2 - Lodi, LLC, has completed, under the terms of an improvement agreement, all public improvements and provided a one-year warranty bond to secure costs associated with any required public improvement warranty work.
Staff recommends accepting Rose Gate II Subdivision, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 4144, public improvements, and repealing Traffic Resolution No. 2025-050, and reenacting the complete, current, version of the traffic resolution with two-way stop control on Coronado Drive at Barcelona Lane, Barcelona Lane at La Jolla Way, and Camrose Street at La Jolla Way.
