BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On April 3, 2024, Lodi City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc., of Tahoe City, for preparation of the City’s Short Range Transit Plan Update (“Update”), with a value not-to-exceed $97,665.
The initial term of the Agreement was anticipated to be one year, beginning April 15, 2024, and ending April 15, 2025. The original Agreement did not include an option to extend. However, in order to complete the Update, additional time is needed.
Amendment No. 1, if approved, will extend the Agreement term through December 31, 2025. No additional funds would be added to the contract.
Staff recommends authorizing the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc, to complete the Short-Range Transit Plan Update.
