BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This presentation is the second of three presentations related to the future growth areas within Lodi’s Sphere of Influence (SOI). The information, presented by the Public Works and Electric Utility Departments, will focus on the existing water, wastewater, storm drain and electric utility master plans necessary to serve the SOI including timelines.
The presentation will also highlight the challenges of coordinating infrastructure planning efforts where the City is dependent upon outside entities.
