BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On May 7, 2025, Council awarded the Hutchins Street Resurfacing project to Knife River Construction in the amount of $1,370,475 and authorized the City Manager to execute change orders in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000. Change Order No. 2 ($35,331.15) included minor additional quantities for chip and slurry seal, traffic loops, and traffic box lids as requested by the City.
