BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
There are two vacancies on the Library Board of Trustees and one expired term on the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee (SPARC). It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for these vacancies until filled.
Government Code Section 54970 et seq. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
