BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On August 7, 2024 City Council adopted Resolution 2024-128 authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to Task Order No. 49 with West Yost & Associates, Inc. of Davis, for Fiscal Year 2024/25 and Fiscal Year 2025/26 Regulatory Engineering Services at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility. Amendment No. 4 requested an increase of $387,400 to continue regulatory engineering services from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026 and is attached as Exhibit A.
Staff now requests to revise Amendment No. 4 due to a clerical error. The total not-to-exceed amount reflected on Amendment No. 4 for Task Order No. 49 approved by Council on August 7, 2024 did not include the addition of $387,400 to the existing not-to-exceed amount of $716,500. Amendment No. 4 (Revised) reflects the correct not-to-exceed amount for Task Order No. 49 of $1,103,900.
Staff recommends authorizing City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 (Revised) to Task Order No. 49 with West Yost & Associates, Inc of Davis, for Fiscal Year 2024/25 and Fiscal Year 2025/26 Regulatory Engineering Services at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility.
