Adopt a Resolution Repealing and Replacing Resolution No. 2024-04 and Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Gallagher Benefit Services, to add services and increase funds by $8,750 (Not to exceed $156,100).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Gallagher Benefit Services was previously approved by the City Council at its regular meeting on January 17, 2024. However, the wrong Resolution was inadvertently attached to the Agenda item and did not include the increase in funds for the additional services being provided as listed in the amendment.
Attached for your review and approval is the correct Resolution, associated with Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Gallagher Benefit Services. Staff also requests Council rescind Resolution 2024-04, which was attached to the January 17, 2024 agenda report in error.
