Assign and confirm annual appointments of City Council Members on various boards, committees, and commissions.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The attached table sets forth the appointments of City Council Members on various County and regional boards, committees, and commissions. The list of appointments is annually presented to the City Council to confirm the appointments, after the reorganization of the City Council. The following changes have also been made to correspond with past practice and Council protocol:
• Following past practice, the representatives on the San Joaquin Valley Special City Selection Committee have been updated to reflect the reorganization of the City Council, as of December 6, 2023. On the attached table of appointments, highlighted in yellow, Mayor Craig is listed as the Delegate and Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman is listed as the Alternate,
For the remainder of the appointments listed on the attached chart, it is recommended that the City Council notify the City Clerk of any additional revisions to be made. Following a final reading of the appointments and revisions into the record by the City Clerk, it is recommended that the City Council motion to confirm the annual appointments.
