BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Lodi Municipal Code (LMC) Section 2.12.060 (T) requires the City Manager to prepare a quarterly report of contracts valued between $30,000 and $60,000. Attachment 1 provides a summary of contract activities within this range for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The activities are categorized into purchases awarded or made by Purchase Order, Cal-Card transactions, and Contracts, including any Change Orders or Amendments.   It also includes a separate category for Electric Utility purchases ranging from $30,000 to $250,000.

 

With this report, Staff provides the Council with the full scope of purchasing activity in accordance with LMC Section 2.12.060 (T).

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact from the preparation of this report.

 

FUNDING AVAILABLE:

Adequate funding was programmed in the Fiscal Year 2025/26 budget for the purchases on this report.
