BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Lodi Municipal Code (LMC) Section 2.12.060 (T) requires the City Manager to prepare a quarterly report of contracts valued between $30,000 and $60,000. Attachment 1 summarizes this activity for quarter ending March 31, 2026, as shown in Table 1-4. The report categorizes activity into purchases awarded or made by Purchase Order, Cal-Card transactions, and Contracts, including any Change Orders or Amendments. It also includes a separate category for Electric Utility purchases ranging from $30,000 to $250,000 as shown in Table 5.
This report provides the Council with the full scope of purchasing activity in accordance with LMC Section 2.12.060 (T).
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact from the preparation of this report.
FUNDING AVAILABLE:
Adequate funding was programmed in the Fiscal Year 2025/26 budget for the purchases on this report.
