BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On December 3, 2025, the City Council adopted Resolution 2026-013, at the recommendation of Council Member Nakanishi, finding that the Lodi Sister City’s proposal complies with the Non-Profit Fund Policy, Council’s strategic vision, and that it will provide public benefit for the City of Lodi and its residents. The resolution approved a total allocation of $15,870 in public benefit funds to Lodi Sister City, from the District 1 Non-Profit Fund; and directed Lodi Sister City to provide quarterly reports to the City Clerk on the use of the non-profit funds received during the life of the project.
Council Member Nakanishi will present a check of $15,870 to Lodi Sister City.
