BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Lodi Municipal Code (LMC) Section 2.12.060 (T) requires the City Manager to prepare a quarterly report of contracts not less than $30,000 nor greater than $60,000. Attachment 1 summarizes this activity for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as shown in Table 1-4. The report categorizes activity into purchases awarded or made by Purchase Order, Cal-Card transactions, and Contracts, including any Change Orders or Amendments. It also includes a separate category for Utility Inventory purchases excess of $30,000 to $250,000 as shown in Table 5.

This report provides the Council with the full scope of purchasing activity in accordance with LMC Section 2.12.060 (T).

Future Quarterly Report of Purchases will include the range of $40,000 and $80,000 to be in alignment with the Purchasing Policy updates that were recently made.
