Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 5 with West Yost & Associates, Inc of Davis, for Fiscal Year 2025/26 Regulatory Engineering Services at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility in the amount of $60,000.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The scope of work covers regulatory related support efforts and anticipated requirements under discharge permits issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board), including the General Permit for Municipal Wastewater Dischargers and associated site-specific Notices of Applicability, Waste Discharge Requirements, and State Water Resources Control Board orders governing recycled use.

The original professional services agreement with West Yost & Associates, Inc. was executed on September 1, 2020, in the amount of $193,700, to provide regulatory engineering services in support of compliance activities at the White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility.

Amendment No.1 was executed on April 12, 2021, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $62,100, for a revised total contract amount $255,800. This amendment adjusted the scope of work to address expanded regulatory needs.

Amendment No. 2 was executed in October 12, 2021, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $47,600, for a revised total contract amount of $303,400, and continued regulatory support services associated with permit compliance activities.
