BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The City of Lodi's water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities are operated under various permits issued and regulated by the State of California. Each permit requires a diverse comprehensive monitoring program that contains a variety of specific water quality analysis performed at varied frequencies. While some of the analyses can be completed by the City's certified laboratory, located at the White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility, some samples must be measured at concentrations as low as a few parts per trillion, requiring a laboratory with appropriately qualified staff and very specialized equipment.
