BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
There are two expiring terms on the Library Board of Trustees and three expiring terms on the Lodi Arts Commission. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for these vacancies until the positions are filled.
Government Code Section 54970 et seq. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
